* Send the product to be returned through the shipping company, and the team will assist you and answer your inquiry.
* Upon completion of the inspection of the returned product and after approval, the purchase value of the product will be sent to the same address you used and the same contact information.
* Exchange is for shoes from one size to another only, and exchange is only for fragile pieces from other products (“non-breakable pieces”). Watches are not exchanged unless they arrive broken to the recipient.
